Shipping & Delivery Policy
For us it's very important your experience from the moment you shop with us to the moment your package arrives.
For products coming from overseas you will receive a tracking number within 5-10 business days and delivery within 7-14 business days.
For products coming from US warehouse, you will receive a tracking number within 24-48 hours and delivery within 2-5 business days.
This Shipping & Delivery policy is part of our Returns and Refund policy should be therefore read alongside our main terms.
Please carefully review our shipping & Delivery Policy when purchasing our products. This policy will apply to any order you place with us.
What Happens If my order is Delayed?
We are not responsible for any delays caused by our mail carriers and will not refund shipping charges if USPS and/or UPS does not meet their guaranteed shipping times.
If delivery is delayed for any reason, we will let you know as soon possible and will advise you of a revised estimated date for delivery.

My lovely Era is not responsible for lost, stolen or undelivered packages but will work with you to try and locate your package and assist in any investigations. Email me if you have any questions or concerns.
My Lovely Era LLC is not responsible for stolen packages. If the shipping carrier confirms delivery, we are unable to issue a refund. If products are marked as delivered, you will need to contact the carrier regarding your package.
Incorrect Delivery Addresses
Please double-check that your delivery address is complete and accurate when placing your order. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we’ll be happy to resend it—but please note that additional shipping charges may apply for the return and reshipment. Do You Deliver Internationally?
For now, we do not offer international shipping. Only U.S. and P.R.
